On 3 Aug 10 Kayla Wentz, age 19, 501 Second Street, Marietta, reported some of her property was damaged by the mother of her boyfriend’s child. Ms. Wentz said the suspect was visiting her child at 26935 State Route 7, Marietta, when she observed her belongings. The suspect then tore two of Ms. Wentz’s shirts, threw a bottle of face cream and put Ms. Wentz’s purse in the toilet. This case remains under investigation (597, 712, 1209).

On 3 Aug 10 Ray Moore, age 31, 4765 Stanleyville Road, Whipple, reported his wife departed their home the previous afternoon following an argument over their finances and she has yet to return home. Mr. Moore’s wife returned home uninjured three hours later (805).

On 3 Aug 10 Charles Poet, age 53, 4354 School House Road, Little Hocking, reported at some point during the past two weeks an unknown suspect(s) entered his home and stole $20, a Playstation 3, two games and two credit cards. This case remains under investigation (1090).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Henry Clement Lori Jr., age 48, 162 Dawes Circle, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication and for breach of recognizance, both misdemeanors. Lori was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Hansen of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Aug 10 at 9:55 am.

Donald Paul Andrew Grim, age 38, 225 Masonic Park Lane, Marietta, for four felony counts of gross sexual imposition. Grim was arrested at his residence by Detective Parks of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Aug 10 at 1:25 pm.
