On 28 Jul 10 Judy Clegg, age 37, 108 Franklin Street, Little Hocking, reported her eighteen year old son was cussing and screaming because he was upset with her house rules. Questioned by Deputy Sheriffs Deem and Smeeks, the eighteen year old agreed to cease his behavior and voluntarily left the residence to avoid further problems. However, several hours later the Deputies returned to Ms. Clegg’s residence after she reported her son instigated an argument with her. Ms. Clegg said at one point her son banged his head against a doorframe, causing him to fall backward and to temporarily lose consciousness. The Little Hocking Fire Department responded to the home and transported the teenager to St. Joseph’s Hospital for treatment. Deputy Deem anticipates filing charges against the teenager in the near future.
