On 21 Jul 10 Gina L. Morrison, age 45, 11390 State Route 26, Marietta, reported as soon as she returned home from work her husband Douglas, age 47, immediately began nagging her about picking up his medication. Twice rebuffed, Mr. Morrison became increasingly angry and grabbed his wife by the arm as she attempted to avoid him. The action spun his wife around and Mr. Morrison subsequently shoved her. At that point the confrontation ended but Mrs. Morrison commented that she was in fear for her safety and that she feels her husband will cause her further harm in the future. Consequently, Deputy Sheriff Simmons arrested Mr. Morrison for domestic violence and transported him to the Washington County Jail.

On 21 Jul 10 Chris Young, age 42, 3915 Pleasant Ridge Road, Marietta, reported he was asleep when his wife Pamela, age 40, entered their bedroom and punched him in the face. Questioned about the incident, Mrs. Young couldn’t provide a plausible explanation as to why her husband’s eye was swollen.
