On 15 Jul 10 Deputy Sheriff Travaglio issued minor misdemeanor citations to Samuel L. Larrimore, age 18, 101 Evans Street Apt. 23, New Matamoras, and Heather D. May, age 22, 1308 Williamson Avenue Apt. 8A, New Matamoras, for disorderly conduct by fighting. A passerby reported hearing a loud commotion and a child crying inside Ms. May’s apartment. Questioned about the incident, both parties admitted yelling and shoving each other during an argument. Neither party reported being in fear for their safety and they both agreed to separate for the rest of the evening.

On 15 Jul 10 the Reno Fire Department responded to treat an eighteen year old State Route 7 resident for superficial cuts to her left arm. Interviewed by Deputy Sheriff Deem, the victim stated she was upset that her boyfriend broke up with her but she did not intend to kill herself. EMTs determined the victim’s injuries were minor and she did not require additional treatment at the hospital (107, 712).

On 15 Jul 10 a Lowell resident reported receiving two fraudulent money orders as payment for a sofa he posted for sale on the internet. The victim did not complete the transaction and did not suffer any loss. Lt. Stackpole forwarded this case to the US Postal Inspector’s office for further investigation.

On 15 Jul 10 Dianna L. Ward, age 42, 278 Haas Drive, Stockport, reported she departed her residence around 5:30 pm and when she returned at 9:30 pm she noticed her front door was damaged in what appeared to be an unsuccessful attempt to enter her home. This case remains under investigation (1104).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Donald James Covey, age 36, Marietta, for a civil warrant for contempt of court and for misdemeanor charges of possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Covey was arrested on Second Street by Patrolman Newell of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Jul 10 at 1:06 am.

Virginia Ann Daugherty, age 42, Marietta, for a civil warrant for failure to appear and for a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines. Daugherty was arrested on Groves Street by Patrolman Nohe of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Jul 10 at 2:41 am.

Ron Michael Patterson, age 28, 319 Eighth Street, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines. Patterson was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Arbaugh of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Jul 10 at 3:40 am.

Tricia Carolyn McGee, age 30, 116 Groves Avenue, Marietta, for complicity in illegally manufacturing drugs, a felony. McGee was arrested at her residence by Patrolman Nohe of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Jul 10 at 6:12 am.

David Allen Rexroad Sr., age 33, 4908 Emerson Avenue, Parkersburg, for illegally manufacturing drugs, a felony. Rexroad was arrested at 116 Groves Avenue by Patrolman Nohe of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Jul 10 at 6:47 am.

Richard Allen Poggemiller, age 24, 207 ½ Florence Street, Belpre, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Poggemiller was arrested at Marietta Memorial Hospital by Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Jul 10 at 4:29 pm.

Ivan Paul Sanchez, age 28, 1100 SW 74th Street Apt. D202, Oklahoma City, OK, for being an illegal alien and for a felony charge of theft. Sanchez was picked up in Oklahoma County, OK by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 15 Jul 10 at 9:00 pm.
