Archive of 06-30-10

On 30 Jun 10 Glen D. Bookman, age 36, 3990 Bells Run Road, Newport, reported he parked his 2000 Chevy pickup at United Rentals at 1205 Pike Street, Marietta, around 6:20 am and left the keys in the vehicle in case another employee needed to use it. When he walked outside at 6:30 am, Mr. Bookman said he saw his truck being driven south on Pike Street toward Marietta. Mr. Bookman stated no one had permission to take his truck and he believes the suspect is a white male in his late twenties, around six feet tall with dark hair, dark facial hair and was seen carrying a walking stick and a backpack. This case remains under investigation (594).

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Donald Covey, age 36, 1206 Cisler Drive Apt. E, Marietta, for contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause on 15 Jun 10.

David Smearman, age 23, 111 W. Montgomery Street, Marietta, contempt for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause on 15 Jun 10.

Meriah S. Dunn, age 19, 1308 Williamson Avenue Apt. 3A, New Matamoras, for failing to appear for pretrial on 25 Jun 10.

Timothy P. Lyons, age 51, 1920 Little Avenue, Columbus, for breach of recognizance for failing to appear for arraignment on 23 Jun 10.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Samantha Jo Streight, age 21, 432 Douglas Avenue, Marietta, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Hart was arrested on Harmar Street by BCI&I Agent Fitch and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Jun 10 at 10:07 am.

Trent Dwight Mason, age 21, 312 Harmar Street, Marietta, for obstructing official business, a misdemeanor. Mason was arrested at his residence by BCI&I Agent Fitch and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Jun 10 at 10:25 am.

Roger Dee Salser, age 50, 4311 Germantown Road, Lower Salem, for aggravated menacing, a misdemeanor. Salser was arrested at his residence by the US Marshal’s Service and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Jun 10 at 11:34 am.

Ann Marie Gregg, age 45, 1018 15th Street, Parkersburg, for theft, a felony. Gregg turned herself in to Deputy Sheriff Caltrider and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Jun 10 at 12:48 pm.

Jerry Dean Coleman, age 49, 7188 Southdale Road, Stockport, for hit-skip, a misdemeanor. Coleman was arrested picked up at the Athens County line by Sgt. Norman of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Jun 10 at 1:18 pm.

Sherman Lee Larrimore Jr., age 28, 1206 Williamson Avenue, New Matamoras, for violating the terms of his parole, a felony. Larrimore was arrested at the Adult Parole Authority office by Sgt. Spencer of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Jun 10 at 1:43 pm.

Wilbert Michael Lindamood, age 20, 829 Second Street, Marietta, for aggravated vehicular assault, a felony. Lindamood was picked up at the Corrections Reception Center by Deputy Sheriff Malone and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Jun 10 at 3:15 pm.

Brandon Lee Sergent, age 18, PO Box 323, Culloden, WV, for theft, a misdemeanor. Sergent was picked up at the Franklin Pre-Release Center by Deputy Sheriff Malone and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Jun 10 at 4:24 pm.

Kelly Rae Nelson, age 45, 160 Harvest Run Drive Apt. 4, Vienna, for failure to appear, a felony. Nelson turned herself in to Deputy Sheriff Holbert and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Jun 10 at 6:55 pm.
