On 29 Jun 10 Ashley L. Dunn, age 24, 1308 Williamson Avenue Apt. 2F, New Matamoras, reported she was away from her apartment between 9:45 and 10:15 the previous evening and sometime during that period an unknown suspect(s) entered her apartment through a second story window. Ms. Dunn said the suspect(s) pried open a lockbox and stole a pocket watch, two Sacagawea dollars and a diamond and sapphire pendant. This case remains under investigation (296).

On 29 Jun 10 Deputy Sheriff Deem charged Evelyn K. Price, age 30, 18 Ballard Road, South Charleston, WV, with illegally conveying items into a detention facility. While processing Ms. Price into jail after she was sentenced on a charge of violating her probation, Corrections Officers noticed it appeared Ms. Price had something concealed within her body. Subsequent to Ms. Price removing item, Corrections Officers discovered 10 1/2 Seroquel pills and seven generic Xanax pills.

On 29 Jun 10 van W. Hill, age 51, 1159 Homestead Court, Parkersburg, severed a portion of his left index finger while operating a band saw at Dominion Gas at 211 Mitchells Lane, Marietta. Transported to Marietta Memorial Hospital by the Reno Fire Department, Mr. Hill underwent surgery to stitch and reattach his finger (790).

On 29 Jun 10 Steven O. Hart, age 53, 6315 Sandhill Road, Marietta, reported he was contracted to construct a home at 4233 Sandhill Road and sometime between 25 Jun and 28 Jun an unknown suspect(s) entered a utility trailer at the site. Mr. Hart stated three saws, two drills, wrenches, an air compressor and other various tools were stolen. The estimated cost of the stolen items is $2,600. This case remains under investigation (790).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Mark Steven Hendrix, age 54, 906 Park Avenue, New Matamoras, for disorderly conduct by intoxication, a misdemeanor. Hendrix was arrested on Front Street by Patrolman Thomas of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Jun 10 at 12:23 am.

Dwight Keith Masters Jr., age 42, 612 Warren Street, Marietta, for nonsupport of dependents, a felony. Masters was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Spencer and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Jun 10 at 6:32 am.

Garland D. Randolph III, age 45, 1010 Bethel Road, Marietta, for a civil warrant for failure to appear. Randolph was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Smeeks and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Jun 10 at 7:00 am.

Jason Allen Lauderman, age 22, 210 Cedar Street, Marietta, for felony charges of aggravated burglary and assault and for a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines. Lauderman was arrested on Berry Lane in Reno by Major Coppernoll of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Jun 10 at 7:30 am.

Keshia Renee Tillis, age 23, 311 Walnut Street, Lowell, for violating the terms of a protection order, a misdemeanor. Tillis was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Patrolman Heddleston of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Jun 10 at 8:51 am.

Lee Vranchion Chappell, age 36, 535 Joe Skinner Road, Belpre, for a civil warrant for nonsupport of dependants. Chappell was arrested at his residence by Major Coppernoll of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Jun 10 at 8:53 am.

Donald Griffith Holdren, age 44, 1905 Pleasant Ridge Road, Marietta, for failure to appear, a felony. Holdren was arrested on Greene Street by Sgt. Spencer of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Jun 10 at 9:20 am.

Brad Alan Lucas, age 41, 808 Warren Street, Marietta, for a civil warrant for failure to appear. Lucas was arrested at his residence by Sgt. Spencer of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Jun 10 at 9:53 am.

Eric Shawn Owens, age 30, 673 Rocky Point Road, Fleming, for a civil warrant for failure to appear. Owens was arrested at his residence by Major Coppernoll of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Jun 10 at 10:46 am.

Evelyn Kay Price, age 30, 18 Ballard Road, South Charleston, WV, for illegally conveying items into a detention facility, a felony. Price was charged with the offense by Deputy Sheriff Deem when she was processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Jun 10 at 11:30 am.

John Michael Henrie II, age 44, 119 4 ½ Street, Williamstown, for domestic violence, a felony. Henrie was picked up at the North Central Regional Jail by Deputy Sheriff Malone and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Jun 10 at 12:32 pm.

Anthony Robert Larrison, age 28, 424 12th Street, Parkersburg, for a civil warrant for failure to appear. Larrison was arrested on Fort Harmar Drive by Sgt. Spencer of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Jun 10 at 1:33 pm.

John Charles Stout, age 40, 910 Core Road, Parkersburg, for passing bad checks and for failure to appear, both felonies. Stout turned himself in to Deputy Sheriff Deem and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Jun 10 at 2:20 pm.

Robert Anthony Canzoneri, age 58, 5265 Washington Road, Albany, OH, for a civil warrant for failure to appear. Canzoneri was picked up at the Athens County line by Deputy Sheriff Smeeks and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Jun 10 at 3:04 pm.

Brenda Ann McLeod, age 43, 1854 Middle Island Creek Road, Saint Marys, for escape and for failure to appear, both misdemeanors. McLeod was arrested on Pike Street by Deputy Sheriff Deem and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Jun 10 at 3:45 pm.
