On 22 Jun 10 an employee of Envirotank Cleaners, 13381 State Route 7 Unit A, Belpre, reported at some point during the past week an unknown suspect(s) entered the business’ warehouse and stole several steel pipe fittings, miscellaneous steel pipe and four electric motors. This case remains under investigation (712).

On 22 Jun 10 Angela Hall, age 36, 2720 Turkey Hollow Road, Cutler, reported she was away from her home overnight and sometime during that period she believes her ex-boyfriend stole a quantity of scrap metal from her yard and damaged lawn ornaments and the hinge of her storage building. This case remains under investigation (712).

On 22 Jun 10 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued a citation to Clifton P. Harvey, age 33, 22000 Big Run Road, Stewart, for driving under a suspended license. Deputy Mankins stopped Mr. Harvey for failing to use a signal when turning from State Route 555 onto Whealdon Road in Wesley Township.

On 22 Jun 10 Deputy Sheriff Mankins issued a citation to Roman S. Cline, age 21, 2737 First Street, Coolville, for driving under a suspended license. Deputy Mankins also issued a citation to Lisa L. Cline, age 47, same address, for allowing an unlicensed driver to operate her vehicle. The traffic stop took place on US 50 near State Route 124 in Belpre Township.

On 22 Jun 10 a thirty-eight year old Lowell resident reported her fifteen year old daughter grew enraged after she refused to take her to the library and to Fish-n-Stuff and began yelling and using profanity. At one point the teenager retrieved a claw hammer and swung it at her mother before her mother was able to grab it without injury. Thereafter, the teenager threatened her mother with scissors and a butter knife and pulled the phone cord from the wall when her mother attempted to phone for help. For her safety and for that of her mother, the teenager was arrested for delinquency by domestic violence and transported to the Washington County Juvenile Center.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Daniel Richard Sampson, age 42, 306 Third Street, Lowell, for a felony charge and a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear. Sampson was arrested in Beverly by Patrolman Offenberger of the Beverly Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Jun 10 at 5:00 pm.

Hilary Anett Rowland, age 23, 20 Tucker Road, Lowell, for passing bad checks, a misdemeanor. Rowland was arrested on Tucker Road by Sgt. Norman of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Jun 10 at 6:40 pm.

Ronald Bruce Sheridan, age 39, 306 Putnam Avenue, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Sheridan was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Nedeff of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Jun 10 at 10:30 pm.
