On 26 May 10 Deputy Sheriff Carr arrested a fifteen year old Lowell resident for delinquency by domestic violence. The teenager’s mother reported she attempted to take her daughter’s mobile phone from her and her daughter retaliated by striking her in the arm and chest. After breaking the phone in her mother’s hand, the juvenile shoved her mother against a wall and retreated to a bathroom. When the teenager’s mother noticed her daughter had a knife in her hand she phone for assistance. Deputy Carr later located the juvenile outside behind her home and observed that she had self-inflicted wounds from a razor blade on her arm. Subsequent to receiving treatment for her wounds, the juvenile was transported to the Washington County Juvenile Center.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Douglas Gene Snider Jr., age 36, 1314 Glendale Road, Marietta, for two counts of falsification, four counts of theft and for two counts of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, all felonies. Snider turned himself in to Corrections Officer Brockmeier and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 May 10 at 8:29 am.

Clifton Paul Harvey, age 33, 12324 State Route 329, Stewart, for nonsupport of dependants, a misdemeanor. Harvey turned himself in to Sgt. Hornbeck at the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 May 10 at 9:50 am.

Clarence A. Wriston III, age 35, 12865 State Route 676, Waterford, for driving under a suspended license and for failure to appear, both misdemeanors. Wriston was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Patrolman Ellenwood of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 May 10 at 10:07 am.

Charles F. Simmons III, age 26, 19441 Circle Drive, Guysville, for contempt of a court order and for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, both misdemeanors. Simmons was picked up in Nelsonville by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 May 10 at 12:35 pm.

Wesley Duane Lincoln, age 25, 309 Lord Street, Marietta, for rape, a felony. Lincoln was picked up at the Noble Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 May 10 at 1:52 pm.

Ali Rae Martin, age 21, 101 Stonecrest Drive, Marietta, for possession of drugs, a misdemeanor. Martin was arrested at her residence by Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 May 10 at 4:09 pm.

Tylon Cashington Carr, age 25, 2401 Morningside Avenue, Parkersburg, for possession of drugs and for tampering with evidence, both felonies. Carr was picked up at the North Central Regional Jail by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 May 10 at 4:35 pm.

Justin David Somerville, age 26, 1203A Wyatt Lane, Belpre, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Somerville was arrested in Belpre by Patrolman Stump of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 26 May 10 at 7:20 pm.
