On 12 May 10 Dennis Stiers, age 44, 3599 Johnson Ridge Road, Stockport, reported he was at work at his business, Total Automotive at 8610 State Route 339 in Vincent when Myles Merew, age 31, 2168 State Route 339, Beverly, parked his truck in his parking lot. Mr. Stiers stated he has left notes on Mr. Merew’s truck in the past and instructed him not to park in the lot so he approached Mr. Merew to ask him to move his vehicle. When he reached within arm’s length of Mr. Merew, Mr. Stiers said Mr. Merew punched him, knocked him to the ground and stated to him that he would park there whenever he wanted. Questioned about the incident, Mr. Merew stated Mr. Stiers raised a flashlight above his head when he approached him and that he slapped Mr. Stiers because he felt threatened. Mr. Stiers conceded that he in fact was carrying the flashlight during the confrontation but denied making any threatening gesture. Unable to identify the primary aggressor, Sgt. Hornbeck requested summonses for both Mr. Stiers and Mr. Merew for disorderly conduct by fighting.

Repeatedly attempting to escape from Ms. Blind, Mr. Mackey said at one point his girlfriend jumped on him from behind and bit him in the back.
