On 10 May 10 Rachael Campbell, age 25, 32 Anderson Lane, Waterford, reported she was seated in the back seat while her husband Joshua, age 25, was driving en route to their residence from her friend’s residence on Beebe Road. Mrs. Campbell said her husband was agitated and arguing over her whereabouts over the weekend when he swung a small wooden cue stick and struck her in the side of the head. At that point, Mr. Campbell threatened to take his wife to a back road and “beat some sense” into. Mrs. Campbell stated her young child was in the vehicle and was very scared so they returned to Mrs. Campbell’s friend’s residence. Once at that location, an argument erupted over who would take the couple’s daughter. Further angered that Mrs. Campbell refused to allow him to take their daughter with him, Mr. Campbell threw a rock and shattered the rear window of his wife’s vehicle. Corroborating Mrs. Campbell’s statements with her injuries and evidence at the scene, Deputy Sheriff Caltrider requested a warrant for Mr. Campbell for domestic violence.

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:
