On 3 May 10 Lt. Underwood issued a citation to Sarah J. Modesitt, age 36, 121 Michigan Avenue, Marietta, for operating a vehicle with a registration that expired in September 2009. Lt. Underwood stopped Ms. Modesitt on State Route 7 near Blue Knob Road in Warren Township.

On 3 May 10 Ashlee R. Jones, age 27, 1570 Wells Road, Waterford, reported she was visiting family at 890 Cornes Road, Waterford, when a discussion erupted into a physical altercation. Ms. Jones said one of her uncles was walking away from her uncle Thomas J. Jones, age 51, 801 Jones Road, Waterford, threw a beer bottle. The beer bottle shattered near Ms. Jones’ head at which time a shoving match between several of the relatives began. During the fracas Ms. Jones stated Mr. Jones grabbed her by the shirt, shoved her and would not release his grip until another relative forcibly removed him. Based on statements he obtained from witnesses, Sgt. Mankins determined Mr. Jones was the aggressor in the incident and requested a summons for him for disorderly conduct by fighting.

On 3 May 10 Carla M. Brooks, age 39, 12787 State Route 676, Waterford, reported sometime during the past twenty-four hours an unknown suspect(s) entered a storage room inside her home and emptied a bottle containing her recently filled Vicodin prescription. This case remains under investigation (610).

On 3 May 10 Sgt. Mankins requested a summons for Meriah S. Dunn, age 19, 1308 Williamson Avenue Apt. 3A, New Matamoras, for assault. At the Grandview Tavern on 28 Mar 10 Ms. Dunn allegedly pestered an acquaintance throughout the evening and ultimately attacked her. Unable to defend herself, the victim stated Ms. Dunn repeatedly punched her and possibly broker her finger and her nose.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

John Bernard Antill, age 32, 475 County House Lane, Marietta, for a felony charge of nonsupport of dependants and for a misdemeanor charge of failure to appear. Antill was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Patrolman Ellenwood of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 May 10 at 9:37 am.

Anthony Scott Boling, age 33, 803 Second Street Apt. A, Marietta, for felony charges of theft and breaking and entering and for a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle without a license. Boling was picked up at the North Central Regional Jail by Deputy Sheriff Malone and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 May 10 at 12:00 pm.

Guy Patrick Renda Jr., age 28, Lois Lane, Clarksburg, WV, for two counts of theft and for five counts of forgery, all felonies. Renda was picked up at the North Central Regional Jail by Deputy Sheriff Malone and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 May 10 at 12:00 pm.

Jack Russell Wheeler, age 40, Chillicothe, for aggravated vehicular assault, a felony. Wheeler was picked up at the Chillicothe Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 May 10 at 2:11 pm.

Mark Allen Ashbrook, age 29, 13499 Cable Road SW, Pataskala, for failure to appear, a misdemeanor. Ashbrook was picked up in Franklin County by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 May 10 at 2:27 pm.

Keith Allen Nibert, age 48, 211 Center Street, Waterford, for a felony charge of gross sexual imposition and for three misdemeanor counts of sexual imposition. Nibert was picked up at the Chillicothe Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 May 10 at 2:44 pm.

Lionel J. Hollingsworth, age 21, 1177 Sanborn Place Apt. C, Columbus, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Hollingsworth turned himself in to Corrections Officer Brockmeier and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 May 10 at 7:15 pm.
