On 23 Apr 10 Deputy Sheriff Carr requested a summons for a fourteen year old Marietta resident to appear in Juvenile Court for being unruly. The teenager’s mother reported her son failed to return home from school the previous afternoon and was later found with family friends in New Matamoras where he again refused to return home

On 23 Apr 10 Ben Slider, age 59, 415 Third Street Apt. 2, Marietta, reported he is in the process of purchasing a trailer at 1523 Michaelis Road, Marietta, and earlier in the evening the trailer’s former renter stole a lawn mower from the property. Deputy Sheriff Rhodes located the suspect and returned the mower to Mr. Slider after determining the suspect abandoned the property when he vacated the trailer in January.

On 23 Apr 10 Gary Bookman II, age 39, 7190 Archers Fork Road, New Matamoras, reported sometime overnight an unknown suspect(s) twenty-six pieces of press board, four rolls of copper wire and an unboxed trampoline were stolen from a trailer and storage building he owns at 3990 Bells Run Road, Newport. This case remains under investigation (790).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Eric Leshun Ransom, age 30, 3507 142nd Street Apt. 5, Cleveland, for direct contempt, a misdemeanor. Ransom was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Apr 10 at 9:15 am.

Robert Joseph Perry, age 40, 3010 Cats Creek Road, Lowell, for engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity and for four counts of trafficking in drugs, all felonies. Perry was arrested at his residence by Detective Staats of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Apr 10 at 11:05 am.

Kristina Sue Waterman, age 29, 3010 Cats Creek Road, Lowell, for engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity and for two counts of trafficking in drugs, all felonies. Waterman was arrested at her residence by Detective Staats of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Apr 10 at 11:05 am.

Michael Lance Palmer, age 38, 650 Birch Street, Coshocton, for nonsupport of dependants, a misdemeanor. Palmer was picked up in Coshocton County by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Apr 10 at 11:50 am.

Reashawn Antoine Dunning, age 25, 392 Evergreen Circle, Pickerington, OH, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Dunning was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Gault and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Apr 10 at 1:10 pm.

Donald Eugene Bartimus Jr., age 29, 2346 Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Bartimus was arrested at Par Mar in Barlow by Deputy Sheriff Anderson and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Apr 10 at 1:30 pm.
