On 21 Apr 10 Deputy Sheriff Reeder requested a summons for Jean Kincaid, age 33, 1177 Scotts Ridge Road, Whipple, for disorderly conduct by fighting. Ms. Kincaid was involved in a minor altercation with Michael J. Hill, age 36, 1533 Scotts Ridge Road, Whipple, on 12 Apr 10. The two parties argued over allegations Mr. Hill made over the alleged poor behavior of Ms. Kincaid’s teenage son. Deputy Reeder also requested a summons for Mr. Hill on the date of the incident.

On 21 Apr 10 Deputy Sheriff Mayle issued a citation to Stephanie Rutter, age 28, 830 Third Street, Marietta, for driving under a license suspended for having unpaid child support. Deputy Mayle stopped Ms. Rutter for operating a vehicle with a flat tire near the intersection of Fourth and Butler streets in Marietta.

On 21 Apr 10 James Hasley, age 30, 3395 State Route 26, Marietta, reported when he checked his mail that afternoon he discovered a partially melted soft drink bottle containing balls of aluminum foil and an unknown liquid. Believing the soft drink bottle to be part of a juvenile prank, Mr. Hasley declined to pursue the matter further and requested extra patrols be made in the area (809).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

James Arthur Anderson, age 38, 510 Nicely Place, Parkersburg, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Anderson was turned in to Corrections Officer Farrell by a bail bondsman and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Apr 10 at 11:40 pm.
