On 20 Apr 10 Detective Parks and Deputy Sheriff Anderson assisted the Cherry Hill (NJ) Police Department in locating a seventeen year old runaway. The Deputies located the teenager at his girlfriend’s residence on Warrior Drive in Vincent and took him into custody while he awaits transportation back to New Jersey.

On 20 Apr 10 Deputy Sheriff Rhodes requested a summons for Robin J. Richards, age 22, 4076 State Route 339, Belpre, for telecommunications harassment. Despite requests from the victim in this case to cease phoning her residence, Mr. Richards left twenty-seven messages on the victim’s answering machine between 7 and 8 Mar 10.

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Deanna M. Foreman, age 30, 704 Elm Street Apt. 11, Belpre, for failure to appear at a court ordered fines in the sum of $377.70.

Kasey J. Ward, age 18, 1406 Gihon Road Lot 39, Parkersburg, for the theft of $100 in quarters from a residence on Alden Avenue in Marietta on 8 Oct 09.

Jose A. Lopez, age 26, 4525 Sparling Road, Waterford, for failure to appear at a court ordered fines in the sum of $559.

Neal D. Groves, age 43, 1308 Williamson Avenue, New Matamoras, for violating the terms of his probation by failing to appear to serve three days in jail on 5 Apr 10.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Jimmy Ray Easton, age 43, 1404 Newberry Drive, Parkersburg, for direct contempt and for violating the terms of his probation, both misdemeanors. Easton was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court by Patrolman Caldwell of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Apr 10 at 10:11 am.

Sharon Jean Schoolcraft, age 36, 1114 Walsh Road, Vincent, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Schoolcraft was arrested at her residence by Lt. Underwood of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Apr 10 at 1:53 pm.

Trent Lewis Chapin Jr., age 18, 106 King Avenue, Marietta, for obstructing official business and for driving under an FRA suspended license, both misdemeanors. Chapin was arrested at Marietta High School by Patrolman Linscott of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Apr 10 at 2:07 pm.

Jermaine Eugene Hunter, age 35, 1225 Smith Road, Columbus, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Hunter was picked up at the Corrections Reception Center by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Apr 10 at 5:18 pm.

Jackie Lee Fawbush, age 35, 1307 King Avenue, Columbus, for aiding escape, a felony. Fawbush was picked up at the London Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Apr 10 at 5:33 pm.

Chrystal Ann Yoder, age 23, 331 ½ Franklin Street, Marietta, for theft, a misdemeanor. Yoder was arrested at Food 4 Less by Patrolman Warden of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Apr 10 at 7:19 pm.

Brian Adam Rosenbalm, age 21, 501 Cisler Drive, Marietta, for theft, a misdemeanor. Rosenbalm was arrested at Food 4 Less by Patrolman Warden of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Apr 10 at 7:37 pm.

Brittany Nicole Slagle, age 20, 1415 Lancaster Street Apt. 3C, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Slagle was arrested at her residence by Patrolman Sury of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 20 Apr 10 at 7:57 pm.
