On 29 Mar 10 Christina Griffin, age 29, 28860 State Route 7, Marietta, reported sometime during the past ten days an unknown suspect(s) stole a Suzuki Boulevard from a storage shed on her property. This case remains under investigation (594).

On 29 Mar 10 Ronald D. McBride, age 44, 911 Garfield Avenue, Marietta, was transported to Marietta Memorial Hospital following an accident at Eramet that afternoon. Mr. McBride, who was conscious while he received treatment, stated he was testing a recently repaired pipe when a cap dislodged due to pressure and struck him in the shoulder.

On 29 Mar 10 Shannon Fendler, age 26, 122 Tennis Center Drive Apt. 23, Marietta, reported she had friends visiting her apartment during the weekend and sometime during that period a bottle containing ninety hydrocodone pills was stolen. This case remains under investigation (594).

On 29 Mar 10 Leslie Poulton, age 44, 970 Dixon Ridge Road, Lowell, reported between the hours of 11 am and noon an unknown suspect(s) entered her home. Ms. Poulton stated eight various gold rings and an identification bracelet were stolen, an estimated loss of $1,585. This case remains under investigation (208).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Christopher Leroy Smith, age 43, 222 Fifth Street, Beverly, for theft, a misdemeanor. Smith was arrested on Main Street in Beverly by Chief Brockmeier of the Beverly Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Mar 10 at 9:26 am.

Brandon H. Hornbeck, age 19, 907 Main Street, Belpre, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Hornbeck was arrested in Juvenile Court and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Mar 10 at 10:55 am.

Mark Ian Richards, age 26, 713 Orchard Street, Marietta, for aggravated menacing, a misdemeanor. Richards was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Hively of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Mar 10 at 12:36 pm.

Paul Eugene Harris, age 34, 1959 Solivent Avenue, Columbus, for driving under a suspended license and for speeding, both misdemeanors. Harris was picked up in Columbus by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Mar 10 at 1:01 pm.

Delecia Dawn Davis, age 36, 1308 Williamson Avenue Apt. 3D, New Matamoras, a fugitive from justice, a misdemeanor. Davis was arrested on Matthew Street in Marietta by Detective Travaglio of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Mar 10 at 1:46 pm.

Christopher Lee Fleming, age 18, 23 Wood Drive, Little Hocking, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Fleming was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 29 Mar 10 at 4:40 pm.
