On 11 Mar 10 James Westfall, age 71, 551 Broad Street, Macksburg, reported at some point during the past two days an unknown suspect(s) scratched the tailgate and passenger side of his Chevy Silverado. This case remains under investigation (208).

Tamara L. Glover, age 41, 19041 State Route 26, Reno, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $195.

Michael W. Masters, age 25, 211 Elm Street, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $426.20.

Richard A. Poggemiller, age 24, 2705 Lake Road Apt. B, Fleming, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $130.

Jeremiah I. Reams, age 26, 809 Warren Avenue, Belpre, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $455.

Keith D. Transou, age 40, 102 Muskingum Drive, Marietta, for failing to appear for trial on 17 Feb 10.

Brent J. McKinney, age 35, 1370 Coal Run Road, Marietta, for criminal damaging committed on 29 Jan 10.

Ryan D. Norman, age 20, 36 Dutch Hills Terrace Apt. 124, Parkersburg, for possession of drug paraphernalia on 13 Nov 09.

Brandon M. Schmidt, age 19, 416 Mulberry Street, Marietta, for failing to appear for pretrial on 1 Mar 10.

Brandon L. Sergent, age 18, 361 Spence Road, Belpre, for driving off from Par Mar #2 without paying for $48.50 in gasoline on 17 Jan 10.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Brandon James Payne, age 19, 712 Washington Square, Marietta, for two misdemeanor counts of domestic violence. Payne was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Mar 10 at 1:50 am.

James Robert McGrath, age 28, 768 N Eighth Street, McConnelsville, for OVI and for speeding, both misdemeanors. McGrath was arrested on Gilman Avenue by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Mar 10 at 2:45 am.

Nathaniel Ross Stevens, age 21, 2419 Indian Run Road, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Stevens was arrested on Greene Street by Patrolman Arbaugh of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Mar 10 at 4:33 am.

Richard Wesley Hawkins, age 40, 101 Theis Avenue Apt. 15, Marietta, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Hawkins was picked up at the Noble Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Mar 10 at 11:45 am.

Sabrena Lea Gossett, age 40, 811 Front Street, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Gossett was arrested at her residence by Patrolman Heddleston of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Mar 10 at 2:20 pm.

William Thomas Reed, age 50, 14 Pine Street, Washington, WV, for engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, a felony. Reed was picked up at the Chillicothe Correctional Institution by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Mar 10 at 4:10 pm.

Eric Todd Kendall, age 34, 130 Muskingum Drive, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Kendall was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Nedeff of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 11 Mar 10 at 8:34 pm.
