On 10 Mar 10 at 9:30 am Deputy Sheriff Caltrider encountered a subject walking in the parking lot of Exxon in Beverly who appeared to be having trouble maintaining her balance. Questioned by Deputy Caltrider after she entered the convenience store, Jesse T. Curry, age 25, 1 Third Street Lot 23, Beverly, stated she drank alcohol at a local bar all night and continued to drink throughout the morning. For her safety, Ms. Curry was arrested for disorderly conduct by intoxication and transported to the Washington County Jail. At the jail at 10:15 am Ms. Curry tested .192 BAC.

On 10 Mar 10 Larry Townsend, age 31, 2470 Pleasant Ridge Road, Marietta, reported sometime between 23 Feb and 10 Mar an unknown suspect(s) stole four Mud King tires from a flower bed outside his home. Mr. Townsend estimates the tires are worth $400. This case remains under investigation (594).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Jesse Tara Curry, age 25, 1 Third Street Lot 23, Beverly, for disorderly conduct by intoxication a misdemeanor. Curry was arrested at Exxon in Beverly by Deputy Sheriff Caltrider and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Mar 10 at 10:15 am.

Joshua Allen Martin, age 23, 240 Francis Road, Lowell, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Martin was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Brockmeier and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Mar 10 at 10:15 am.

Lloyd Russell Peters Jr., age 54, 567 Coal Run Drive, Beverly, for four felony counts of trafficking in drugs and for a misdemeanor charge of theft. Peters turned himself in to Deputy Sheriff Caltrider and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Mar 10 at 1:50 pm.

Landon Curtis Evans, age 25, 1096 Colegate Drive, Marietta, for murder, a felony. Evans was picked up in Lake County, Florida by Detective Johnson of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Mar 10 at 5:50 pm.
