On 8 Mar 10 a trustee for the Marietta Motorcycle Club, 234 Angle Road, Waterford, reported he found trash on the club’s property the previous day and discovered several articles containing identifiable information. On 8 Mar 10 a forty-three year old Marietta resident reported the father of her granddaughter harassingly phoned her home more than two dozen times as he attempted to contact the mother of the child. On 8 Mar 10 Deputy Sheriff Rhodes responded to a report of a driver operating recklessly while traveling eastbound on US 50. Locating the vehicle, Deputy Rhodes observed the truck traveling 90 mph in a 60 mph zone and that the vehicle was weaving in and out of its lane of travel. Deputy Rhodes identified the driver as Amber R. Landis, age 29, 1805 Becksknob Road, Lancaster, and immediately detected an odor of alcohol. Ms. Landis admitted consuming alcohol with her lunch while in Athens and stated she did not feel she was a safe driver. A check of Ms. Landis revealed her driver’s license was suspended and that the individual in the truck had a protection order against her.
