On 1 Mar 10 a clerk at Marathon, 15 Arrowhead
Road, Little Hocking, reported two males were sitting in a
vehicle at the business and she feared they may have been surveilling
the business for a future robbery attempt. Deputy Sheriff Caltrider
located the suspects and relayed the request of the clerk that
they vacate the premises. The driver stated he would leave
but shortly thereafter Deputy Caltrider observed him entering
the store. The suspect, who stated his name was Donald Bailey,
refused to provide any form of identification when asked and
also refused to answer if he had been drinking. Outside the
store, the suspect resisted as Deputy Caltrider attempted to
handcuff him and had to be forced into compliance. Deputy Caltrider
