On 15 Feb 10 John Fortney, age 21, 4350 State Route 530, Lowell, reported he was walking along State Route 530 when a group of individuals exited a truck and attacked him. Mr. Fortney had a laceration under his right eye and other minor injuries and was transported to Marietta Memorial Hospital for treatment. This case remains under investigation (208).
