On 12 Jan 10 Laurie A. Neader, age 41, 779
Mount Tom Road, Marietta, reported her home was unoccupied
between 10 am and 7:30 pm and that sometime between those hours
an unknown suspect(s) entered the home and stole a Wii game
console and two iPods. This case remains under investigation
(1184).
On 12 Jan 10 James E. Williams, age 37, 150
Goebel Road, Wingett Run, reported a total of approximately
3,000 or 4,000 of coated copper wire was stolen from eight
well sites located on Wilson Road in Ludlow Township. Mr. Williams
said the well sites are accessible only by for or by ATV and
that the thefts occurred between 5 and 11 Jan. This case remains
under investigation (790, 905).
On 12 Jan 10 Deputy Sheriff Simmons requested
a summons for a seventeen year old Marietta resident to appear
in Juvenile Court for being unruly. The teenager’s mother
reported her daughter comes and goes as she pleases and recently
began moving her belongings to a friend’s home in Newport.
The juvenile’s mother also stated her daughter will not
listen to her or do what she is asked to do.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Patricia Ann Bonar, age 32, 735 Silver Globe
Road, Marietta, for nonsupport of dependants, a misdemeanor.
Bonar was arrested at her residence by Sgt. Underwood of the
Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 12 Jan 10 at 2:08 am.
Justin Daniel Deems, age 29, 725 ½ Seventh
Street, Marietta, for disorderly conduct by intoxication and
for breach of recognizance, both misdemeanors. Deems was arrested
in Marietta Municipal Court by Patrolman Ellenwood of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 12 Jan 10 at 9:45 am.
James Aaron Hupp, age 45, 306 Putnam Avenue, Marietta, for
domestic violence, a felony. Hupp was arrested at his residence
by Patrolman Hupp of the Marietta City Police Department and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Jan 10 at 10:10
am.
Patrick Ryan Marte, age 24, 416 Main Street, Belpre, for trafficking
in drugs, a felony. Marte was arrested at his residence by
Detective Smithberger of the Washington County Sheriff’s
Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12
Jan 10 at 8:52 pm.
