On 10 Jan 10 Jeffrey Munnell, age 48, 2575
Lindamood Road, Macksburg, reported the previous afternoon
he discovered five hunters hunting on his property without
permission. Deputy Sheriff Caltrider determined the hunters
were on the property as a result of a misunderstanding with
a relative of the property owner and that no criminal action
occurred.
The following individual
wAS processed into the Washington County Jail:
Matthew Gene Schafer, age 30, 101 Eldridge Street, Marietta,
for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Schafer was arrested
at his residence by Patrolman Nohe of the Marietta City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
10 Jan 10 at 11:55 pm.
