The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Mickie Dawn Neihart, age 27, 228 Pike Street Apt. B, Marietta, for driving under an OVI suspended license, a misdemeanor. Neihart was arrested near milepost twelve on State Route 7 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Dec 09 at 2:30 am.
