On 27 Dec 09 Clarence Tullius, age 42, 146 Stone Quarry Road, Fleming, reported he was away from his residence for six hours that evening and during that time frame an un known suspect(s) entered his home and stole approximately ninety of his Vicodin pills. This case remains under investigation (707).

On 27 Dec 09 Deputy Sheriff Mayle responded to the scene of death of a fifty-one year old Marietta resident. The man’s death appears to be due to natural causes; no foul play is suspected.

On 27 Dec 09 Chester M. Francis, age 66, 475 Tower Road, Little Hocking, reported sometime during the past twenty-four hours an unknown suspect(s) punctured three tires on his Ford truck. This case remains under investigation (1293).

On 27 Dec 09 Mark Connolly, age 40, 4035 Warren Chapel Road, Marietta, reported a four foot by four foot dog box he purchased a Tractor Supply for $450 was stolen from a storage building on his property sometime between 22 Dec and 27 Dec. This case remains under investigation (208).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Ricardo Creshawn Winston, age 26, 305 Georgia Avenue, McComb, MS, for theft, a misdemeanor. Winston was arrested on Pike Street by Patrolman Blasko of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Dec 09 at 6:40 pm
