On 9 Dec 09 Alex Foster, age 42, 565 Ridgewood Boulevard, Belpre, reported sometime between May and November of this year an unknown suspect(s) entered his home and stole twenty-six valuable basketball, football and baseball cards. Mr. Foster said the cards include the 1969 cards of Pete Rose, Hank Aaron, Frank Robinson and Don Drysdale and Kobe Bryant cards from the mid-1990’s. The estimated total value of the cards is in excess of $5,000. This case remains under investigation (608).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Allen Jones, age 63, Marietta, for two counts of violating the terms of his probation, breach of recognizance and for two counts of failure to appear, all misdemeanors. Jones was arrested on Poplar Lane by Patrolman Walters of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Dec 09 at 12:15 pm.

Donald Gee Socia, age 76, 836 Pike Street Apt. 15, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Socia was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Walters of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Dec 09 at 12:31 pm.

Krista Nicole Grywalsky, age 26, 707 Warren Street Apt. B, Marietta, for falsification, a misdemeanor. Grywalsky was picked up in Athens by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Dec 09 at 12:46 pm.

Harland Wayne Watson, age 47, 1350 State Route 821, Marietta, for having a weapon while under disability, a felony. Watson was arrested at his residence by Lt. Wilson of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Dec 09 at 2:51 pm.

John Lewis Lindsey II, age 33, 230 Henniger Road, Lowell, for theft, a misdemeanor. Lindsey turned himself in to Deputy Sheriff Sheaves and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Dec 09 at 6:38 pm.
