On 2 Nov 09 Teresa D. Tilton, age 39, 12622
State Route 60, Lowell, reported her husband Mark, age 40,
returned to their home agitated and intoxicated after being
out with friends for several hours. When she refused to allow
him in a door because he was holding a shovel, Mrs. Tilton
said her husband threatened to destroy her car and said that
if she phoned the police he would bust down the door and bash
her skull in. Mr. Tilton attempted to enter the home through
a basement door but was unsuccessful due to the fact that his
wife blocked the stairway door. Unable to locate Mr. Tilton
after he absconded on an ATV, Deputy Sheriff Anderson requested
a warrant for him for domestic violence.

County Nine Road, New Matamoras, reported an acquaintance drove
into his driveway, ensued a confrontation and began to pull
what appeared to be a shotgun out of the passenger side of
his truck. Interviewing the suspect, Deputy Sheriff McLeish
determined the suspect’s vehicle malfunctioned and coasted
to a stop at Mr. Plessinger’s residence, at which time
the suspect started to retrieve jumper cables. Finding no shotgun
in the suspect’s vehicle and citing each party’s
unwillingness to cooperate, Deputy McLeish closed this case
as unfounded.
