On 23 Nov 09 the Warren Volunteer Fire Department transported a forty-one year old Marietta resident to Marietta Memorial Hospital following a suicide attempt. The victim’s husband found his wife breathing but unresponsive and noticed five pill bottles were empty that earlier between 1/4 and 1/2 full. The victim is expected to fully recover (308).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Dustin James Danilov, age 21, Erie, PA, for being in physical control of a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, a misdemeanor. Danilov was arrested near milepost fourteen on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Nov 09 at 2:57 am.

Garret Paul Rich, age 23, 1225 Coal Run Road, Marietta, for felony charges of theft and abduction, for three misdemeanor counts of assault and for misdemeanor charges of domestic violence and theft. Rich was picked up at the North Central Regional Jail by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Nov 09 at 12:52 pm.

Mario Litterial McDonald, age 21, 1311 West Virginia Avenue Apt. C, Parkersburg, for breach of recognizance, a felony. McDonald was picked up at the North Central Regional Jail by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Nov 09 at 1:23 pm.

Michael Shane Davis, age 42, 152 Dawes Circle, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Davis was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Arbaugh of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Nov 09 at 9:32 pm.
