Intoxicated and banging on an acquaintance’s apartment door at Cedarbark Apartments, Mr. Camino repeated refused to leave the apartment and threw patio furniture around his acquaintance’s yard.

On 21 Nov 09 Deputy Sheriff Anderson responded to an altercation and possible drug overdose at 4220 Welch Road, Little Hocking. Upon his arrival, Deputy Anderson observed Judy Sargent, age 35, 3020 City View Drive, Parkersburg, holding down one of the home’s residents, Shawntel S. Eagle, age 30.
