On 19 Nov 09 an employee of Broad Street Energy
reported sometime overnight an unknown suspect(s) stole six,
ten foot long, six by six wooden posts from a parking lot at
3110 Braun Road, Belpre. This case remains under investigation
(707).
On 19 Nov 09 Peggy D. Malone, age 57, 205
Elm Street, Belpre, reported she is in the process of moving
out of a residence she shared with her boyfriend and she believes
her boyfriend removed a twelve gauge shotgun from her vehicle
and took it to his residence. This case remains under investigation
(1104).
On 19 Nov 09 Lt. Wilson investigated reports
of tires and other refuse dumped along Remely Road, .2 miles
and .5 miles from State Route 555. Residents in the area commented
that a large portion of the tires has been there for several
years and it is unknown who dumped the items at those locations.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
James Louis Antill Jr., age 26, 309 Maple
Street, Marietta, for a felony charge of OVI and for misdemeanor
charges of failure to reinstate his operator’s license
and making an improper turn. Antill was arrested on Putnam
Street in Marietta by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 19 Nov 09 at 3:19 am.
David Allen Rexroad Sr., age 33, 4908 Emerson
Avenue, Parkersburg, for violating the terms of his probation,
a misdemeanor. Rexroad was arrested on Pike Street by Patrolman
Blasko of the Marietta City Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 19 Nov 09 at 12:10 pm.
Timothy Wayne Snyder, age 29, 3543 Tick Ridge Road, Vincent,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines, a misdemeanor. Snyder was picked up at the Ross Correctional
Institution by Deputy Sheriff Malone and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 19 Nov 09 at 2:49 pm.
Aaron Matthew Brown, age 28, 101 Randolph Road, Marietta,
for criminal damaging, criminal mischief, criminal trespassing,
menacing by stalking and for violating the terms of his probation,
all misdemeanors. Brown was arrested on Pike Street by Patrolman
Hively of the Marietta City Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 19 Nov 09 at 3:04 pm.
James Clinton Bartimus, age 36, 906 17th Street, Parkersburg,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines and for failure to appear, both misdemeanors. Bartimus
turned himself in to Corrections Officer Brockmeier and was
processed into the Washington County Jail on 19 Nov 09 at 7:58
pm.
