On 5 Nov 09 Deputy Sheriff Mayle assisted
the Marietta City Police Department in a theft investigation
by making contact with the suspect at 1308 Williamson Avenue,
New Matamoras. While speaking to the suspect Deputy Mayle discovered
Calvin J. Martin, age 37, 11265 State Route 26, Marietta, was
present in the residence and that the female suspect had a
protection order against Mr. Martin. After Deputy Mayle dropped
off the theft suspect at the Marietta City Police Department
for questioning she transported Mr. Martin to the Washington
County Jail and charged him with violating the terms of a protection
order.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Tylon Cashington Carr, age 25, 2401 Morningside
Avenue, Parkersburg, for felony charges of possession of drugs
and tampering with evidence and for misdemeanor charges of
resisting arrest and being in possession of an open container
of alcohol. Carr was arrested on Greene Street by Patrolman
Chapman of the Marietta City Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 5 Nov 09 at 3:00 am.
Ryan Adam Hickel, age 23, 23971 Moyis Road,
Coolville, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor.
Hickel was picked up at the Athens County line by Deputy Sheriff
Holbert and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5
Nov 09 at 3:00 pm.
Timothy Jack Kennedy, age 22, 1209 Moore Street, Akron, for
breach of recognizance, a felony. Kennedy was picked up at
the Correctional Reception Center in Orient, OH by Deputy Sheriff
Malone and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Nov
09 at 4:21 pm.
Calvin James Martin, age 37, 11265 State Route 26, Marietta,
for violating the terms of a protection order, a misdemeanor.
Martin was arrested on Williamson Avenue in New Matamoras by
Deputy Sheriff Mayle and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 5 Nov 09 at 6:17 pm.
