On 3 Nov 09 one of the owners of Brown’s Oil Company reported three components of an oil well were stolen from a well site near milepost four on Dixon Ridge Road in Lowell. The estimated cost to replace the stolen items is $1,600. This case remains under investigation (610).

On 3 Nov 09 Misty Deeter, age 34, 175 Watson Lane, Belpre, reported sometime between 7:50 am and 2 pm an unknown suspect(s) tore a hole in a window screen on the south side corner of her home. This case remains under investigation (308).

On 3 Nov 09 Eric Bauerbach, age 39, 1950 Milner Road, Waterford, reported an unknown suspect(s) tampered with his son’s pickup truck while it was parked at Waterford High School between 8 am and 3 pm. Mr. Bauerbach stated the spark plugs were removed from the truck and once they were replaced the truck functioned normally. This case remains under investigation (610).

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Corey Garrett Kidd, age 30, 275 Radabaugh Road, Marietta, for .08 breath OVI and for failure to control, both misdemeanors. Kidd was arrested on Tick Hill Road by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Nov 09 at 1:25 am.

Aaron Matthew Brown, age 28, 101 Randolph Road, Marietta, for two misdemeanor counts of domestic violence. Brown was arrested at Bob Evans by Patrolman Wright of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 3 Nov 09 at 9:00 pm.
