On 20 Oct 09 Sgt. Underwood responded to the scene of death of a sixty-three year old Cutler resident. The man’s death appears to be due to natural causes. No foul play is suspected.

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Karen L. Brugger, age 56, 2601 W. Claremont Street Apt. 11, Phoenix, AZ, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the sum of $457.30.

Stephanie Murphy, age 34, PO Box 102, Whipple, for failing to appear fror a Debtor’s Exam.

Rex Scarberry, age 38, 502 Stone Road, Belpre, for failing to appear for a Debtor’s Exam.

Elizabeth D. Thompson, age 23, 1913 Wingett Run Road, Wingett Run, for violating the terms of her probation by failing to remain in contact with the probation department.
