Archive of 10-12-09

On 12 Oct 09 Carl J. Lafatch, age 39, 1944 Briggs Hill Road, Belpre, reported while he was at work his estranged wife unexpectedly appeared at his residence that afternoon with an unidentified male. Mr. Lafatch stated when he returned home his Toshiba flat screen television and a Fossil watch were missing. This case remains under investigation (1293).

The following individual WAs processed into the Washington County Jail:

Charles Lewis Sexton Sr., age 47, 1209 Cisler Drive Apt. D, Marietta, for domestic violence and for aggravated menacing, both misdemeanors. Sexton was arrested at his residence by Patrolman Sury of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 12 Oct 09 at 10:25 pm.
