On 25 Sep 09 Deputy Sheriff Mankins requested a summons for Matthew A. McLeish, age 27, 424 Fifth Street, Lowell, for criminal damaging. Following a verbal confrontation with Matthew Jett, age 24, 312 Third Street Apt. 2, Lowell, outside Mr. Jett’s apartment, Mr. McLeish threw a full beer can and shattered a window at Mr. Jett’s apartment. When interviewed Mr. McLeish admitted throwing a beer can at the apartment and said because he was intoxicated he struck the window instead of where he aimed at the door.

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Rodney L. Barrett, age 55, 1250 Farrow Hill Road, Davisville, WV, for parking his vehicle against the direction of travel on Front Street in Marietta on 9 Apr 09.

Anthony S. Boling, age 33, 312 Scott Avenue, Belpre, for failing to appear for pretrial on 21 Sep 09.

Melissa J. Flesher, age 35, 16785 County Nine Road, New Matamoras, for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and criminal mischief on 18 Aug 09.

Rocky D. Huck, age 28, 20330 State Route 60, Beverly, for fai=ling to appear to serve ten days in jail on 18 Sep 09.

Mark W. Robertson, age 26, 807 Florence Street, Belpre, for OVI, driving under a suspended license and speeding on 5 Sep 09.

Rebecca L. Starlin, age 19, 1329 Caywood Road, Marietta, for an assault committed on 12 Sep 09.

David A. Stewart, age 23, 877 Wolf Run Road, Rockport, WV, for breach of recognizance for failing to appear for arraignment on 4 Sep 09.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Chad Blaine Bledsoe, age 24, 407 Eighth Street, Belpre, for criminal damaging and for criminal trespassing, both misdemeanors. Bledsoe was arrested in Belpre by Patrolman Augenstein of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Sep 09 at 2:03 am.

Amanda Dawn Keys, age 29, 90 Dye Street, Newport, for violating the terms of her probation, a felony. Keys was arrested at the Adult Probation office by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Sep 09 at 10:52 am.

Rebecca Lou Starlin, age 19, 1320 Caywood Road, Marietta, for breach of recognizance, a misdemeanor. Starlin was arrested in Marietta Municipal Court and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Sep 09 at 11:04 am.

Randy Joe Scott Jr., age 26, 10 Maple Street, Newport, for violating the terms of his probation, a felony. Scott was arrested at the courthouse by Deputy Sheriff O’Brien and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Sep 09 at 2:10 pm.

Mark Douglas Funk, age 55, 107 Elm Street, Belpre, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Funk was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Sep 09 at 2:22 pm.

Katie Danielle Cline, age 21, 27400 State Route 7 Lot 63, Marietta, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Cline was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Simmons and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Sep 09 at 2:53 pm.

Jacob Matthew Shaffer, age 22, 27317 State Route 7 Apt. A, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Shaffer was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Simmons and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Sep 09 at 4:21 pm.

Barbara Ann Burchard, age 2700 17th Avenue, Parkersburg, for theft, a misdemeanor. Burchard was arrested at K-Mart by Patrolman Nohe of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 25 Sep 09 at 5:55 pm.
