On 9 Sep 09 Deputy Sheriff Travaglio requested
a warrant for Larry Williams, age 61, 20631 Jeffrey Road, Dexter
City, for violating the terms of a protection order. Arrested
the previous day for the same offense, Mr. Williams tauntingly
rode his motorcycle past a residence in Macksburg where Sherry
Stack, age 54, 1005 Planning Mill Street, Caldwell, was visiting
her mother. The terms of the protection order forbids Mr. Williams
from coming within 500 feet of Ms. Stack.
On 9 Sep 09 Marlene Hysell, age 58, PO Box
168, Barlow, reported upon taking inventory of her recently
deceased mother’s belongings her family discovered several
articles of Fenton glass were missing from her mother’s
home at 57 Deming Road, Barlow. This case remains under investigation
(1104).
On 9 Sep 09 Deputy Sheriff Lockhart requested
a summons for a seventeen year old Belpre resident to appear
in Juvenile Court on a charge of delinquency by domestic violence.
Upset that she was not allowed to use the computer until she
did the dishes, the teenager began to argue with her mother
and threw a fork at and started punching her younger sister.
When her mother restrained her, the teenager bit both of her
arms and attempted to punch her as well. The incident finally
concluded when the juvenile’s mother phoned 911.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Noland White, age 39, 191 Highway 212 East,
Monticello, GA, for driving under a suspended license and for
speeding, both misdemeanors. White was arrested on Interstate
77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 9 Sep 09 at 4:14 am.
Timothy Lee Rogers, age 30, 1618 Beaver Street
Apt. 4, Parkersburg, for three felony counts of forgery. Rogers
was picked up at the North Central Regional Jail by Deputy
Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 9 Sep 09 at 1:15 pm.
Ronan Michael Steward, age 49, 1635 Clark Road, Cutler, for
violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Steward
was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Brockmeier
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Sep 09 at
2:17 pm.
Kristin Marie Petty, age 28, 618 Florence Street, Belpre,
for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Petty
was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Hamilton and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 9 Sep 09 at 3:07
pm.
