On 25 Aug 09 Rose Santee, age 64, 235 Johnson
Road, Marietta, reported sometime overnight an unknown suspect(s)
kicked out the bottom of a door and crawled through the resulting
gap at a residence she owns at 280 Bethel Road, Marietta. Ms.
Santee said the residence has been vacant for two years and
that the only items stolen were three dozen eggs and an inoperable
shotgun. This case remains under investigation (592).
On 25 Aug 09 an employee of McAlarney Pools,
908 Pike Street, Marietta, reported when he arrived at work
that morning a door on a storage building he locked the previous
evening was standing open and a number of tools were missing.
The missing items are Dewalt brand and include three drills,
a saw, a battery charger, five batteries and a radio. The estimated
value of the tools is $1,579. This case remains under investigation
(296).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Olivia Lane Stanley, age 19, 3310 Williams Avenue, Belle,
WV, for driving under a suspended license and for speeding,
both misdemeanors. Stanley was arrested on Interstate 77 by
the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 25 Aug 09 at 2:51 am.
Maria Eugenia Maldonado, age 43, 580 Dunbury Drive Apt. 8,
Columbus, for driving under a suspended license and for speeding,
both misdemeanors. Maldonado was arrested near milepost fifteen
on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 25 Aug 09 at 5:30 am.
Ryan Evan Hayes, age 32, 200 Derrer Road,
Columbus, for driving under an FRA suspended license and for
failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines,
both misdemeanors. Hayes was arrested at the intersection of
Putnam Avenue and Franklin Street by Lt. Canavan of the Washington
County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 25 Aug 09 at 1:30 pm.
Robert Lennard Wilson III, age 37, PO Box 132, Marietta, for
resisting arrest and for obstructing official business, both
misdemeanors. Wilson was arrested on Front Street by Patrolman
Nedeff of the Marietta City Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 25 Aug 09 at 9:04 pm.
Dallas Willey Farnsworth, age 36, 122 Harmar Street, Marietta,
for failure to appear and for breach of recognizance, both
misdemeanors. Farnsworth was arrested at his residence by Patrolman
Nedeff of the Marietta City Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 25 Aug 09 at 11:31 pm.
