The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

David James Martin, age 51, 811 Belrock Avenue Apt. 6, Belpre, for hit-skip and for violating the terms of his probation, both misdemeanors. Martin was arrested on Washington Boulevard by Patrolman Stump of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Aug 09 at 5:22 pm.

Ronnie Edwin Kern Sr., age 45, 205 Elm Street, Belpre, for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. Kern was arrested on Elm Street by Patrolman Stump of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Aug 09 at 8:12 pm.

Brandon Marie Holder, age 25, 803 Second Street Apt. A, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Holder was arrested on State Route 339 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Aug 09 at 2:22 am.

Anthony Scott Boling, age 33, 803 Second Street Apt. A, Marietta, for driving under a suspended license, for operating a vehicle with expired license plates and for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, all misdemeanors. Boling was arrested on State Route 339 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 23 Aug 09 at 2:45 am.
