On 19 Aug 09 Mark J. Paul, age 29, 27260 State Route 7 Apt. B, Marietta, reported an argument with his ex-girlfriend ensued when she arrived at his residence to pick up their child. Mr. Paul said his ex-girlfriend, Jill N. Carder, age 19, 1415 Lancaster Street Apt. 2A, Marietta, was angry that he was dating another woman and she began ripping pictures he had in his bedroom. Attempting to take the pictures from Ms. Carder, Mr. Paul stated his ex-girlfriend punched him in the cheek. The two continued to argue as Mr. Paul pushed Ms. Carder toward the front door and was punched again and struck in the back of the head with a sandal.
