On 17 Aug 09 Deputy Sheriff Reeder was operating his personal vehicle in the parking lot of the Reno post office when he backed into the driver’s side of a Pontiac Grand Am operated by Raymond E. Felton, age 72, 29860 State Route 7, Marietta. Both Deputy Reeder’s Chrysler Pacifica and Mr. Felton’s vehicles sustained light, nonfunctional damage (308).

the Sheriff’s Office received the following warrants:

Dustin Fellure, age 25, for failing to appear for arraignment on 11 Aug 09 upon being indicted for two counts of theft.

Michael T. Powell, age 20, 1710 Park Street, Parkersburg, for failing to appear for arraignment on 11 Aug 09 upon being indicted for aggravated burglary and three counts of felonious assault.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Richard Keith Marrone, age 49, 1053 Park West Drive, Charlotte, NC, for driving under an OVI suspended license and speeding, both misdemeanors. Marrone was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Aug 09 at 4:12 pm.

Larry Dale Wilson, age 40, 2012 Greens Run Road, Saint Marys, for two misdemeanor counts of public indecency. Wilson was arrested on the 800 block of Pike Street by Patrolman Gragan of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 17 Aug 09 at 4:55 pm.
