Office received the following warrants:
Michael A. Karcher, age 20, 229 E. Spring
Street, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered
hearing on unpaid fines in the sum o $575.90.
Christy L. Smith, age 26, 401 Third Street, Macksburg, for
failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines
in the sum of $754.10.
Scott J. Freeman, age 27, 45307 Cross Street, Caldwell, for
failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines
in the sum of $669.60.
Penny M. Grubb, age 28, PO Box 12, Sharpsburg, OH, for failure
to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines in the
sum of $315.60.
Kelly J. Farnsworth, age 21, 137 Franklin Street Apt. 2, Marietta,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines in the sum of $1,952.90.
Matthew J. Jones, age 29, 1111 Henry Street, Ravenswood, WV,
for the theft of tools from a residence in Beverly on 24 Jun
09.
Anthony D. Cottrill, age 32, 20340 State Route 60, Beverly,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid
fines in the sum of $433.29.
Jeremy W. White, age 30, 3590 Enlow Road,
Athens, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on
unpaid fines in the sum of $357.50.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Scott Joseph Byers, age 26, 904 34th Street,
Vienna, for theft and for two counts of failure to register
a change of address as a registered sex offender, all felonies.
Byers turned himself in to Corrections Officer Farrell and
was processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Aug 09 at
10:40 am.
David Aaron Hansen, age 31, 832 Ridge Street, Marietta, for
violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Hansen
was arrested at his residence by Probation Officer Brockmeier
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Aug 09 at
2:45 pm.
Patricia Sue Owens, age 32, 1603 Spring Street Apt. 2, Parkersburg,
for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Owens
was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Hamilton and
processed into the Washington County Jail on 5 Aug 09 at 3:40
pm.
