On 30 Jul 09 Lt. Stackpole requested a summons
for Steven J. Riley, age 36, 115 Sunset Lane, Marietta, for
criminal damaging. Questioned regarding scratches found on
his estranged wife’s car on 26 Jul 09, Mr. Riley admitted
keying the Pontiac Grand Prix. Mr. Riley said he felt his wife
broke up their family and that he scratched the vehicle when
he drove to his wife’s residence to see if her new boyfriend
was there.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Rhonda Deann Clark, age 32, 1685 Wynncrest Drive, Marietta,
for theft, a misdemeanor. Clark was arrested on State Route
821 by Deputy Sheriff Holbert and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 30 Jul 09 at 3:30 am.
Jonathan Dale Ahart, age 30, 251 Poplar Street, Davisville,
WV, for OVI and for traveling outside the marked lanes of travel,
both misdemeanors. Ahart was arrested on State Route 7 by the
Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 30 Jul 09 at 3:40 am.
Holly Renee Thorn, age 29, 739 Campbell Drive, Belpre, for
domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Thorn was arrested at her
residence by Patrolman Kirby of the Belpre City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30 Jul 09
at 3:45 am.
Scott Alex Huxley, age 26, 479 Greene Street Apt. A, Marietta,
for disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor. Huxley was arrested
on Third Street by Patrolman Blasko of the Marietta City Police
Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on
30 Jul 09 at 7:20 am.
Nicholas Jon Durbin, age 25, 43 Leighann Drive,
McConnelsville, for driving under a suspended license, a misdemeanor.
Durbin was picked up in Malta, OH by the Ohio State Highway
Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 30
Jul 09 at 1:15 pm.
Katherine Vanfossen, age 30, 733 Eighth Street, Marietta,
for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Vanfossen was arrested
at her residence by Patrolman Arbaugh of the Marietta City
Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 30 Jul 09 at 8:55 pm.
