On 29 Jul 09 Robin K. Nolan, age 50, 290 Kern
Drive, Marietta, reported being involved in a verbal disagreement
with her husband earlier in the evening. Though there was a
handgun in the vicinity of the dispute, Mrs. Nolan said at
no time was the weapon unholstered or referred to in a threatening
manner. Both of the involved parties stated they were intoxicated
and arguing but said the incident did not escalate into a physical
confrontation. Determining no threat or act of domestic violence
occurred, Deputy Sheriff Mayle closed this case as unfounded
(712, 1293).
the Sheriff’s
Office received the following warrants:
Walter E. Harrell, age 37, 277 N. Champion
Avenue, Columbus, for failing to appear to serve three days
in jail on 13 Jul 09.
Randall L. Shields, age 51, 120 Aqua Isle Circle, Parkersburg,
for disorderly conduct by intoxication on 19 Jul 09.
Brandon Mayle, age 23, 21345 McGraw Road, Stewart, for failure
to appear at a court ordered hearing on an order to show cause
on 21 Jul 09.
Michelle M. Curran, age 21, 700 Barclay Street Lot 11, Belpre,
for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
James Christopher Brumley, age 23, Lord Street,
Marietta, for possession of drugs, disorderly conduct and for
two counts of domestic violence, all misdemeanors. Brumley
was arrested on Eighth Street by Patrolman Thomas of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 29 Jul 09 at 1:34 am.
Donald Eugene Sharp, age 29, 301 Main Street,
Waterford, for breach of recognizance, OVI, driving under a
suspended license, speeding and for operating a vehicle with
fictitious plates, all misdemeanors. Sharp was arrested in
Marietta Municipal Court by Patrolman Huffman of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 29 Jul 09 at 10:50 am.
Timothy Alan Cline, age 20, 24689 State Route 26, New Matamoras,
for failure to reinstate his operator’s license and for
not wearing a seat belt, both misdemeanors. Cline was arrested
in Marietta Municipal Court by Captain Waite of the Marietta
City Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 29 Jul 09 at 2:50 pm.
Shane Allen Faddis, age 22, 407 Four Mile Creek Road, Coolville,
for operating a vehicle with an expired license, for having
fictitious plates and for failure to appear, all misdemeanors.
Faddis was arrested on Washington Boulevard by Patrolman Freed
of the Belpre City Police Department and processed into the
Washington County Jail on 29 Jul 09 at 10:40 pm.
Tyler Ray Howard, age 22, 200 Pennock Drive Lot 43, Beverly,
for a felony charge of failure to appear and for misdemeanor
charges of driving under an FRA suspended license and not wearing
a seat belt. Howard was arrested at his residence by Patrolman
Oliver of the Beverly Police Department and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 29 Jul 09 at 10:45 pm.
