Denise M. Althaus, age 46, 786 Bethel Ridge Road, Beaver, OH, for issuing a bad check for $29.88 to B&W Pharmacy on 1 Apr 09.

Beldon T. Bailey, age 31, 1201 Wyatt Lane Apt. C, Belpre, for contempt of court committed on 3 Jun 09.

Debbie K. Buckley, age 52, 1200 Lynch Church Road, Marietta, for failing to confine/restrain a dog on 3 Jul 09.

Frederick G. McKitrick, age 27, 3010 Burnett Road, Cutler, for breach of recognizance for failing to appear to serve ten days in jail on 10 Jul 09.

Scott J. Byers, age 26, 904 34th Street, Vienna, for failing to appear for a pretrial conference on 23 Jul 09.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Robert Wayland Patterson, age 26, 707 Front Street, Marietta, for burglary, a felony. Patterson was Clifton Street by Patrolman McClelland of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Jul 09 at 1:30 am.

Chad Anthony Moore, age 39, 1205 County House Lane Apt. A, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Moore was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Jul 09 at 11:16 am.

Brian Michael Taylor, age 21, 102 Flintwood Drive, Marietta, for violating the terms of his probation, a misdemeanor. Taylor was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Hamilton and processed into the Washington County Jail on 27 Jul 09 at 2:00 pm.
