Benjamin T. Foster, age 20, 126 Dean Street, Marietta, for failing to appear for pretrial on 20 Jul 09.

John D. Gilchrist, age 29, 127 Greene Street Apt. B, Marietta, for failing to appear for pretrial on 20 Jul 09.

Debra Mackey-Cain, age 23, last known address 2205 Murray Street, Belpre, for complicity in the theft of a 1995 Plymouth Acclaim and a purse from a residence in Belpre on 8 Jul 09.

Heather R. Mitchell, age 34, 4041 W. 161st Street, Cleveland, for breach of recognizance for failing to serve four days in jail on 7 Jul 09.

Shawn L. Pierce, age 31, 60 B Heeter Road, Newport, for a robbery committed on an individual in Newport on 24 Jun 09.

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Daniel Wayne McMillan, age 22, 6652 Sunset Street, Garden City, MI, for operating a vehicle without a license and for speeding, both misdemeanors. McMillan was arrested on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Jul 09 at 6:40 pm.

Mindy Lanette Science, age 30, 833 Second Street Lot 4, Marietta, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Science was arrested at her residence by Detective Smithberger of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Jul 09 at 10:05 pm.

Tytus Lamarr Shields, age 21, 833 Second Street Lot 4, Marietta, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Shields was arrested on Second Street by Detective Smithberger of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Jul 09 at 10:15 pm.

Stephanie Larraine Wright, age 24, 125 Millers Lane Apt. C4, Marietta, for tampering with evidence, a felony. Wright was arrested on Second Street by Deputy Sheriff Carr and processed into the Washington County Jail on 22 Jul 09 at 11:03 pm.
