The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Dustin Gregory Haas, age 18, PO Box 134, Dexter City, for OVI, speeding, for operating a vehicle without a license, for underage consumption of alcohol, for having fictitious plates and for being in possession of an open container of alcohol, all misdemeanors. Haas was arrested near milepost sixteen on Interstate 77 by the Ohio State Highway Patrol and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Jul 09 at 3:30 am.

Larry Clark Shaffer, age 40, 11 Greg Street, Marietta, for failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines, a misdemeanor. Shaffer was arrested at Marietta Memorial Hospital by Patrolman Nedeff of the Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Jul 09 at 7:03 am.

Kimberly Ann Rafalski, age 39, 370 Grub Road, Marietta, for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Rafalski was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Reeder and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Jul 09 at 8:41 am.

Jamie Joe Utt, age 43, 905 Garfield Avenue, Marietta, for falsification, failure to appear and for violating the terms of his probation, all misdemeanors. Utt turned himself in to Sgt. Thorpe at the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Jul 09 at 10:15 am.

Andrew Brooks Beaver, age 27, 211 Montgomery Street, Marietta, for possession of drugs, a felony. Beaver was arrested at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Smeeks and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Jul 09 at 5:11 pm.

Crystal Deeann Sklenar, age 35, 351 Mechanic Street, Macksburg, for assault, a misdemeanor. Sklenar was arrested at her residence by Deputy Sheriff Travaglio and processed into the Washington County Jail on 21 Jul 09 at 10:00 pm.
