On 18 Jul 09 Lt. Wilson issued a citation
to Shannon S. Hines, 1220 Brackenridge Road, Vincent, for traveling
70 mph in a 50 mph zone. Lt. Wilson stopped Mr. Hines on US
50 near Clement Avenue in Belpre Township.
On 18 Jul 09 Deputy Sheriff Travaglio issued
a citation to Jessica A. Morrow, age 28, 112 City View Avenue,
Marietta, for not stopping at a stop sign. Deputy Travaglio
stopped Ms. Morrow after she failed to stop when turning from
Browns Road onto State Route 7 in Marietta Township.
On 18 Jul 09 John Beagle, age 35, 2325 Sheets
Run Road, New Matamoras, reported a passenger in a passing
vehicle fired four shots from a weapon at his 1986 Ford F-150.
Mr. Beagle stated the drive by resulted in the flattening of
two of the truck’s tires and left a bullet hole in the
truck’s windshield. This case remains under investigation
(1184).
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Harvey Otis Spencer, age 66, 19570 State Route 550, Marietta,
for domestic violence, a misdemeanor. Spencer was arrested
at his residence by Deputy Sheriff Carr and processed into
the Washington County Jail on 18 Jul 09 at 1:20 am.
Timothy Shawn Wines, age 38, 20330 State Route 60, Beverly,
for failure to comply with the order/signal of an officer,
OVI, for having fictitious plates, for having an inoperable
license plate light and for speeding, all misdemeanors. Wines
was arrested in Beverly by Patrolman Hunter of the Beverly
Police Department and processed into the Washington County
Jail on 18 Jul 09 at 2:32 am.
Ciara Marie Cavallier, age 21, 1107 Colonial Drive, Marietta,
for violating the terms of her probation, a misdemeanor. Cavallier
was arrested 1105 Colonial Drive by Probation Officer Hamilton
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 18 Jul 09
at 9:55 am.
Joshua Leroy Gore, age 21, 130 Cemetery Drive, New Matamoras,
for a felony charge of possession of drugs and for a misdemeanor
charge of theft. Gore was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman
Linscott of the Marietta City Police Department and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 18 Jul 09 at 7:20 pm.
Romen Zachary Vandall, age 26, 124 Gilman Avenue, Marietta,
for resisting arrest and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors.
Vandall was arrested in Marietta by Patrolman Thomas of the
Marietta City Police Department and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 18 Jul 09 at 7:55 pm.
Patricia Ann Hummel, age 30, 112 Dean Street, Marietta, for
failure to appear at a court ordered hearing on unpaid fines,
a misdemeanor. Hummel was arrested at her residence by Deputy
Sheriff Simmons and processed into the Washington County Jail
on 18 Jul 09 at 8:45 pm.
