On 16 Jul 09 Lt. Stackpole and Deputy Travaglio responded to 207C Rummer Road, Marietta, in reference to a domestic dispute between Andriana Kostelnick, age 20, 207C Rummer Road, and her live in boyfriend, Douglas Miller Jr., age 28. Kostelnick and Miller stated that they argued about chores and he called her a derogatory name, at which time she slapped Douglas in the back of the head. Deputy Travaglio issued Kostelnick a citation for Disorderly Conduct and she will be summoned into Marietta Municipal Court. (805)

On 16 Jul 09 Dustin Tornes, age 27, 7750 Waterford Road, Marietta, reported that upon going to work this date he noticed that a beer bottle had been thrown onto his truck breaking his windshield. The case remains under investigation. (1104)

On 16 Jul 09 Carl Heinrich, age 71, 840 Swartz Road, Reno, co-owner of Condevco Inc. Washington Operation, 840 Swartz Road, Reno, reported that a locked chain line fence gate was damaged and a gasoline motor was removed from a well site at the Hune Bridge Campground area. (594)

On 16 Jul 09 James R. Johnson, age 90, State Rte 550, Marietta, reported that money was removed from his residence. This case remains under investigation at this time. (1104)

The following individuals were processed into the Washington County Jail:

Ronnie Smith Jr., age 27, 4530 Dayton Liberty Road, Dayton, OH, for Fleeing and Eluding, felony, Operating with Expired O/L, DUS, and Window Tint, misdemeanors. Smith was arrested on Interstate 77 by Tpr. McClain of the Ohio State Highway Patrol and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Jul 09 at 12:18 p.m.

Jason Allen Lauderman, age 21, 210 Cedar Street, Marietta, for Domestic Violence, misdemeanor. Lauderman was arrested by Ptl. Huffman of the Marietta Police Department and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 16 Jul 09 at 12:31 p.m.
