On 13 Jul 09 Shaun M. Bronson, age 40, 352 Buckingham Street, Newark, OH, called to report that her husband, Tracy B. Bronson, Sr., age 43, 6949 Pleasant Ridge Road, Marietta, was preventing her from getting property from the residence on Pleasant Ridge Road. Mrs. Bronson reported that Mr. Bronson shoved and punched her with his fist, and she was in fear for her safety as well as that of her children. Witnesses at the scene verified the assault and Mr. Bronson was placed under arrested for domestic violence by Deputy Smithberger and transported to the Washington County Jail.

On 13 Jul 09 John S. Bush, 34, 60 Dye Street, Newport, reported that his computer and monitor were removed from his garage. This case remains under investigation.

On 13 Jul 09 Kari R. Fulmer, age 18, 6070 Sandhill Road, Marietta, reported that her debit card had been stolen and used to make withdraws from her account for over $200. This case remains under investigation.

Francis Arnold Zuspan, age 58, 249 Martin Street, Mason, WV, for Passing Bad Checks, felony. Zuspan turned himself in on the warrant and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Jul 09 at 9:49 a.m.

Myles Andrew Rossman, age 23, 27630 Zuck Road, Howard, OH, for OVI and Left of Center, misdemeanors. Rossman was arrested by Ptl. Ellenwood of the Marietta Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Jul 09 at 10:45 a.m.

Joseph A. Roush, age 45, 2217 Wendy Ridge, Vincent, OH, for Domestic Violence, misdemeanor. Roush turned himself in to the Marietta Municipal Court and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Jul 09 at 11:04 a.m.

Jeanetta Ann Smith, age 25, 47466 Twp. Road 100A, Racine, OH, for Gross Sexual Imposition, Sexual Battery and Rape, felonies. Smith was arrested by Deputy Griffin of the Meigs County Sheriff’s Office and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Jul 09 at 1:54 p.m.

Paula Sue Rizer, age 52, 31035 Lovett Road, Portland, OH, for Aggravated Murder, felony. Rizer was arrested by Deputy Griffin of the Meigs County Sheriff’s Office and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Jul 09 at 2:20 p.m.

Trinity Shane Whitcraft, age 29, 19933 Felton Road, Stewart, OH, for Aggravated Murder, felony. Whitcraft was arrested by Deputy Griffin of the Meigs County Sheriff’s Office and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Jul 09 at 2:26 p.m.

Chad Anthony Moore, age 39, 1205 County House Lane, Marietta, for Probation Violation, misdemeanor. Moore was arrested at Probation Officer Hamilton’s office and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Jul 09 at 4:01 p.m.

Charles Shirden Williams, age 40, 47466 Twp. Road 100, Racine, OH, for Aggravated Murder, felony. Williams was arrested by Sheriff Beegle of the Meigs County Sheriff’s Office and was processed into the Washington County Jail on 13 Jul 09 at 5:25 p.m.
