On 10 Jul 09 Millard Carper, age 63, 1225
Coal Run Road, Marietta, reported that a vacant residence she
owns at 550 Sandhill Road, was entered and damage done to the
inside of the home, as well as a vehicle in the driveway at
that location. This case remains under investigation at this
time.
On 10 Jul 09 Bessie Wentz, age 53, 47 Sweetapple
Road, Vincent, reported that after evicting tenants from a
residence on Sweetapple Road, she found numerous items missing
from the residence as well as a damage to the residence. This
case remains under investigation.
The following individuals
were processed into the Washington County Jail:
Darla Elaine Schwab, age 48, 320 State Route
266, McConnelsville, for disorderly conduct by intoxication,
a misdemeanor. Schwab was arrested at Speedway on State Route
60 by Patrolman Thomas of the Marietta City Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Jul 09
at 12:40 am.
Vickie Sue Reynolds, age 48, 9383 Veto Road,
Belpre, OH, for Probation Violation, misdemeanor. Reynolds
was arrested at the office of Probation Officer Brockmeier
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Jul 09
at 9:10 a.m.
Robert Alen Nickols, age 32, homeless, for
Sex Offender Registration - failure to report a change of address,
felony, and failure to appear on fines, misdemeanor. Nickols
was picked up at the McDowell County Correctional Facility
by Deputy Sheriff Underwood and processed into the Washington
County Jail on 10 Jul 09 at 4:00 p.m.
Jeanetta Ann Smith, age 25, 47466 Twp. Road
100A, Racine, OH, for Gross Sexual Imposition; Sexual Battery
and Rape, felonies and misdemeanor. Smith was arrested by Deputy
Griffin of the Meigs County Sheriff’s Office and processed
into the Washington County Jail on 10 Jul 09 at 6:42 p.m.
Charles Andrew Wade, age 25, 704 Elm Street,
#2, Belpre, two counts of drug possession, felony and misdemeanor.
Wade was arrested by Ptl. Augenstein of the Belpre Police Department
and processed into the Washington County Jail on 10 Jul 09
at 9:20 p.m.
