On 7 Jul 09 Deputy Sheriff Hornbeck requested
a summons for a twelve year old Lowell resident to appear in

female at a residence in Lowell. Around midnight last night

has no immediate contact with the victim, Juvenile Court authorities

that he may not have contact with the victim.
